yesterday was one of the rotten day that i had.it was lucky that i didn't went for school.the moment i wake up, i realised that i had infection eyes and it has the sticky gross thingy.it was pain and i controlled my tears for fear that it will worsten my conditions.after which, i went to switch on my lappy.no matter how many times i tried, it just couldn't be on.ys accompanied me down to rp IT helpdesk, and they couldn't do anything to save my lappy.last resort : back to the place i hate most ! ACER service centre.the first time tat i went there, was such a long waiting time and it repair my lappy in abt 10 mins time. ( wait abt 3 hours or more)i was like -__-"then ytd when i reach there, i went to Q for the number at counter 3.he check at my lappy and conclude that mother board was burnt and the D ram was spoilt.he : we don't have the stock of the mother board now and u need to wait for 5 daysI : can it be done A.S.A.P? cox i'm having test on mon.he : u take the Q number and see what the staff says.then i take q number and wait for an hour...after which, it really piss me off.it was still him who serve me.i was like wa lao, can't u just serve me throughout? somemore u had already open the inner parts initially.then nvm... i bear wid it..he: there's no record of u having 3 yrs warrantly in our products, and the warrantly has already expired!I : i'm very sure that i paid for the 3 yrs warrantly.and so we continue with the stupid conversation... ...final conclusion from him is tat if i don have evidence(invoice) to prove that i brought for the 3 yrs warrantly, then i have to pay for the service and mother board stuffs which is so ex. 500 bucks!! might as well buy new one, with new warrantly. and i don think i will want to buy acer again. SO TURNED OFF. the 2 times that i go there, so many ppl there repairing their ACER product. so wad does it shows? then they keep my laptop wid them and said that they will call me within 5 working days to comfirm with me whether to repair my laptop or not. and i need to loan the rp lappy. at last, i was still quite lucky, manage to find the invoice. but was unhappy wid the service provided. think i really need to have spare laptop for my own use.throughout the day i still broke my fingers and leg nails.and i knock my knee cap against the coffee table for twice!! wad a day i had..sigh~Labels: i believe things will be better after today.
