back to today lesson..
was pretty much fun..
but a lil lil torturing..
physiology is hard and tiring..
especially being the subject..
i have nth against being the subject..
becox i did learn much stuffs from there too..
and i get to real life experience it..
too bad i didn't have the pictures..
its seriously EFFING UGLY!! and i meant it

as i somehow being the demonstrator..
everyone luff at me..

rough route i went through during lab session... ...
1) participants to warm up on cycle ergometer for 2 mins @ 30W, cadence at 60 revolutions / min (RPM)
2) after warm up, participants to start actual progressive cycle exercise for 15 mins with increasing workload. every 2 min interval, someone will help to take reading of blood pressure.
3) participants to recover (complete rest) for 2 mins? after completion of 10 progressive exercise and cool down. this is a good team/ class activity. cox everyone was involved wid either taking down the reading of ( workload in watts, blood pressure [mmHg], cardiac output [L/min], heart rate [beats/min], stroke volume [ml/beat], oxygen uptakre [L/min]
