3 ut's in a week is hectic and stressful.o lvl's is coming in 10 days!and i'm not prepared. =( shall blog abt ytd.cried in class due to some silly stuffs.so embarrassing..well.. i can't control my feelings.getting more and more emotional..lesson was a lil lil bit scary..i'm so lucky tat i wasn't the subject ytd..he run on the treadmill.and altogether he got poke 3 small needles in 3 fingers.cool man..
ytd training was seriously TOUGH!
we went through a maximum test..
-chest fly.
-rear fly.
-lat row.
-1/2 squat machine wid load.
- ab side crunch.
-shoulder press.
-lat pull down.
-leg extension.
-leg curl.
this is just for the first training ar.
and we trained till nearly 7pm.
2 hours ok!
so unexpected.
the warm up super cool.
first we step on a machine which cost 20k (vibration)
and it vibrate our whole body.
then after we have to do push up on the machine..
can go google the machine.. its fun..
after tat do those standard warm up exercise..
however..
there's one exercise super YOGA-ISH
imagine we lie on the floor "T" sign..
then left leg touching right hand..
and its pain alright!!
and i can't do it..
shall train till i can do it on my own!!! flexibility.
ok. i'm going back to studies.
shall blog again when i'm free..
