i took up life saving course 1,2,3 with wan man...
its like finally we decided to take up the course...
to my astonishment, the instructor was someone i noe..
was ch ex classmates, sheng yang from NP..
was a real good instructor.. =)
initially before we went for the lesson, we thought it won't be that hard since we took up other tests before..
but then.. when the training really starts, we was like HUH here and there..
super funny.. becox it was really tough for us..
each lesson is 3 hours.. and throughout the 3 hours, we still not able to catch up most of the things..
at the first hour, i had the thought of giving up.. becox all the strokes that we learn was hard!!
and tiring.. i couldn't catch my breathe and we had continuous training..
in a very short time, we had to learn many stuffs which is really impossible..
it seem like we can't pass the practical and theory test.. =(
i drank much water too.. =(
sth tat i dislike about the training, we still have to do circuit training at the end of the lesson..
which is to 1st : swim 2 short distance lap and do 10 push up, then swim another 2 short distance lap and do 10 crunches... repeat this whole thing for 8 sets...
we was like shocked!!
after the whole swimming, we was already tired, still do push up.. somemore at the pool..
everyone is looking!! hahaha.
alot of ugly things happened too =P
shall not elaborate here.... wahaha..
lucky i didn't give up..
becox overall it was fun.. though i become darker.. hehehex..

after the swim, wan man went back home to slp..
then i went over CCK to wait for my sweetheart..
we headed to IMM first...
he buy new phone finally..

a nice phone wid nice nice function.. haha..
just like my phone.. =D
and we can exchange wid each other.. hahaha...
then we headed over to chervon..
sweetheart brought me over there..
my first visit.. & indeed it left me good impression..
excellent singing atmosphere..
then we took many pics tgt..
i love the pics as much as i love u dearly.. =D
after singing, we back to IMM to buy screen protector..
then we had dinner at
spagetti too. chicken sausage baked rice, with side order, strawberry milkshake..soup..
hehe..
the food there not bad.. hehe.. and its cheap.. worth giving a try.. =D
dearly is the first guy tat i went singing with..
the feelings is like so unique..
so funny..
